Software License Agreement

1. Definitions

1. "Unseen Servant Games" refers to Jerome Solis, doing business as Unseen Servant Games, operating at unseenservant.games.
2. "Software" refers to any application, tool, or digital product published by Unseen Servant Games, including but not limited to those listed in the Product Schedule below.
3. "You" or "User" refers to any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Software.
4. "Supplementary Terms" refers to any additional terms specific to an individual product, made available alongside that product or on the Unseen Servant Games website.

2. Grant of License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement and any applicable Supplementary Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT, without prior written permission from Unseen Servant Games:

1. Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software or any part thereof.
2. Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
4. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.
5. Use the Software for any commercial purpose without a separate commercial license.

4. Supplementary Terms

Individual products may be subject to Supplementary Terms that modify or extend this agreement for that product. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and any Supplementary Terms, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail with respect to that product.

Supplementary Terms, when applicable, will be made available on the product's download page or within the product itself.

5. Ownership

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to and the property of Unseen Servant Games. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this agreement are reserved by Unseen Servant Games.

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL UNSEEN SERVANT GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement or any applicable Supplementary Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with any applicable Supplementary Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unseen Servant Games regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
